A clear workflow

How It Works

See how an inquiry moves through suitability review, quotation, approval, coordination and documented completion.

Professional guidance Clear information. Documented responsibilities. Realistic expectations.

A transparent inquiry-to-delivery process

ProPosting uses an email-first workflow so clients can review the exact service before payment. Submitting a form does not automatically create an order or authorize a charge.

1. Send an inquiry

Tell us your business website, target market, service, niche, destination URL, preferred anchor, quantity and desired timeframe. For guest posting or link insertion, you may identify publishers from our directory or ask us to research suitable options.

2. Suitability and compliance review

We review the destination, requested subject and campaign purpose. We may request clarification or decline unlawful, deceptive, unsafe, infringing or publisher-prohibited material.

3. Availability confirmation

Publisher listings and third-party metrics can change. We reconfirm current availability, price, content requirements, link attributes and expected turnaround before quoting an order.

4. Written scope and invoice

The client receives a quotation or numbered invoice identifying the service, quantity, publisher or campaign where applicable, total price, currency, payment terms and important conditions. An order is accepted only after written confirmation and any required payment.

5. Content and editorial coordination

Depending on the order, the client provides content or we arrange an original draft. Topics, wording, anchors, links and publication remain subject to publisher review. Material changes are communicated when reasonably possible.

6. Delivery and verification

Delivery may be a live published URL, an updated existing article, completed content, or a campaign report. We check the deliverable against the confirmed scope and provide available completion details by email.

7. Support, corrections and disputes

Clients should review delivery promptly and report a scope-related issue with the invoice number and supporting details. Eligible corrections, replacements, credits or refunds are handled under the written order, Refund Policy and Terms of Service.

Typical timing

Timing depends on content readiness, publisher response, revisions, niche and order size. Any date is an estimate unless the written agreement explicitly states otherwise. Search ranking, indexation and future publisher actions are outside our control.

Records we maintain

For legitimate business, accounting and support purposes, we may retain inquiries, approved scope, invoices, payment records, publisher communications and delivery evidence according to our Privacy Policy.
