Scope, billing and delivery details
A guest-posting order identifies the publisher or selection criteria, topic responsibility, target URL, anchor preference, expected link attribute if known, content responsibility, quantity, price, currency and estimated turnaround. Publisher conditions are reconfirmed before payment because availability can change.
What we need from the client
- Business website and a live, relevant destination URL
- Target audience, niche and campaign purpose
- Preferred anchor and any wording restrictions
- Accurate business claims and supporting sources where needed
- Timely approval of the publisher, topic, draft or requested revisions
What delivery means
Delivery is normally the live article URL and confirmation of the agreed link details. Where content-only work is ordered, delivery is the completed draft. Search results, traffic and later publisher actions are not part of delivery unless separately stated.
Content and disclosure
Articles must comply with our Editorial Guidelines and the publisher’s rules. Publishers may add contributor, sponsored or other disclosure labels where required. ProPosting does not promise undisclosed advertising or the removal of legally required disclosures.
Rejection, replacement and support
If a publisher rejects a compliant request before delivery, we will discuss an appropriate alternative, credit or eligible refund. After delivery, report a material mismatch promptly with the invoice number and live URL.
