What does ProPosting provide?
We provide guest posting coordination, contextual link insertion, content support and managed link-building services for businesses. Exact deliverables are stated in the quotation or invoice.
Does ProPosting own the publisher websites?
No. Unless expressly disclosed otherwise, publishers are independent third parties. A directory listing does not create ownership, partnership or endorsement.
Can any website order?
No. We review each destination and may reject illegal, misleading, harmful, infringing or policy-restricted requests. Publisher-specific rules also apply.
Orders and payments
How do I place an order?
Send an inquiry by the contact form or company email. We confirm availability and issue a written quotation or invoice. There is no automatic order merely because a form was submitted.
Why are prices not fixed for every service?
Publisher fees, niche, content length, revisions, urgency and campaign scope vary. Current price and currency are confirmed before payment.
Who appears on my invoice?
The invoice identifies the operating business, client, invoice number, service description, amount, currency, date and payment status. After entity formation, the verified legal entity name will be used consistently.
Can I send payment from a different person or business?
Please tell us before payment. We may request an explanation or refuse an unrelated third-party payment when the payer cannot be reasonably connected to the client or invoice.
Guest posts and link insertions
Can I choose a publisher?
Yes, subject to current availability and final editorial approval. You may also ask us to recommend relevant opportunities.
Are links always dofollow?
No. Link attributes are controlled by publishers and must be confirmed for each order.
Will my exact anchor and wording be used?
Not always. A publisher may request natural wording, a different anchor, disclosures or other editorial changes.
Are placements permanent?
We cannot guarantee permanent retention on an independently controlled website. Publishers, hosting providers and search engines can change content or systems later.
Results, delivery and support
Do you guarantee rankings, traffic, leads or indexation?
No. We deliver the agreed marketing work, but cannot control search engines, user behavior, competition or future publisher decisions.
What proves delivery?
Depending on the service, delivery evidence may include the live URL, link details, completed content, implementation notes or a campaign report.
What happens if a publisher rejects a request?
We may propose an alternative, credit or refund of the eligible unspent amount according to the written scope and Refund Policy.
How do I report a problem?
Email us promptly with your invoice number, affected URL and explanation. We will compare the issue with the confirmed scope and respond with the available resolution.
