1. Agreement and provider
These Terms govern services provided through the ProPosting brand by ProPosting (“ProPosting,” “we,” “us”). By approving a quotation, paying an invoice or instructing us to begin, the client accepts these Terms together with the written order and applicable policies.
2. Services and order formation
Services may include guest posting coordination, link insertion, content support, publisher research and managed link building. A website inquiry is not an order. A service order is formed when scope and price are confirmed in writing and required payment or authorization is received. The written order controls if it conflicts with a general website description.
3. Client eligibility and responsibilities
The client represents that it can enter the agreement and that its instructions, content, URLs, products and services are lawful and do not infringe third-party rights. The client must provide accurate billing and contact information, disclose material niche restrictions and respond to approval requests within a reasonable time.
4. Publisher independence
Publishers are independent third parties. They may accept, reject, edit, delay, label, move or later remove content or links. ProPosting does not own or control their websites and cannot guarantee future availability or retention.
5. Content, anchors and revisions
Content responsibility is stated in the order. Publishers may require edits to titles, copy, anchors, links, images or disclosures. Included revisions address the approved scope; a new topic, destination or objective may require additional fees.
6. Prices, invoices and taxes
Prices and currency are shown in the quotation or invoice. Unless stated otherwise, payment is due before external commitments or delivery. The client is responsible for taxes, duties or bank charges imposed on it. We may pause work for overdue or unverifiable payment.
7. Payment integrity
Payments must relate to a genuine ProPosting invoice. We may request payer information, reject unexplained third-party payments, or return funds where required for fraud prevention, sanctions screening or payment-provider compliance. Clients must not use ProPosting to transmit money to unrelated parties.
8. Timing and client delays
Turnaround is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Publisher response, revisions, outages, client delay and force-majeure events may extend delivery. A client delay may require the schedule or quotation to be reconfirmed.
9. Acceptance and issue reporting
The client should inspect delivery and report a material scope issue promptly with the invoice number and evidence. We may correct, replace, credit or refund an eligible amount according to the written order and Refund Policy.
10. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations must be requested by company email. Work completed and amounts already committed to publishers, writers or other suppliers may be non-refundable. The Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.
11. Prohibited use
Clients may not request illegal, deceptive, harmful, infringing or fraudulent work; malware or phishing promotion; fabricated reviews; impersonation; unlicensed financial activity; or any use prohibited by our Editorial Guidelines, a publisher or a payment provider.
12. No performance guarantee
We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, indexation, leads, conversions, revenue, domain metrics or permanent third-party placement. Our obligation is to perform the deliverables identified in the written order using reasonable care.
13. Intellectual property
Each party retains its pre-existing materials. Upon full payment, the client receives the rights to deliverables stated in the order, subject to publisher terms, third-party licenses and portfolio/confidentiality agreements. The client warrants that materials it supplies may be used for the order.
14. Confidentiality and data
Non-public campaign and business information will be used to provide the service, maintain records and meet legal obligations. Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy.
15. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ProPosting is not liable for indirect, special or consequential loss, lost profits, search-engine changes or independent publisher actions. Aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
16. Changes, severability and contact
We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised date. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Questions and formal notices should be sent to the company email shown on the Contact page.
